An exercis due for 1st year university written communcation course
my understanding is that participal phrases introduce whole phrases that modify noun.
could you pleases consider this paragraph and identerfiy the participal phrases. the exercise requires a participal at the start of a sentance one inserted in the middle of a sentance and a sentance ending in a participal phrase, in 100 words.
Assuming Maori are seeking exclusive rights, the government has introduced a policy to protect access to the Foreshore and Seabed for all New Zealanders. Maori have rejected the policy, stating that it fails the rule of law. According to the rule of law, like shall be treated as like at law. As a result of, imposing this policy on Maori, Government has removed there right to access law, while maintaining and protecting the rights of all other New Zealanders. The failure to maintain the rule of law results in unjust policy.
