Hello,

1. I have no idea
2. Could you please check my essay.
3. Judge is the person that holds the hammer, the jury consists of a number of people living in the country that have to listen to the entire trial and then say whether they think the person is guilty or not. During the trial, the judge tries to see that everybody works within the laws, then at the end he says whether the jury found that person guilty or not.
4. No idea.
5. a lively character means that a person is quite a lively person. It's what people notice. A lively personality is within yourself. Difficult to explain.

The egg splattered when it hit the sidewalk, having fallen from the top limb of the tree.
The chiipmunks seemed to be pattering as they chirped to each other while hiding their peanuts.

zest:  sharp flavor; outer rind of a citrus fruit (used in cooking); lively enjoyment
zesty:  adjectival form of the above.

The chili with the greatest zest one the competition; one teaspoon of zest will add enough flavor to the cookie dough; the dance group displayed a great deal of zest in their performance.
