1st "Year Anniversary"

1st, 2nd, etc. "Year Anniversary" is always visible in many of the streamers posted everywhere. Isn't it wrong? The point is I see redundancy in year and anniversary, i.e., year + anni (annual) versary.

Yes, I agree with you. Sometimes we speak redundantly. In addition, signs are not always places where people write good English.
