If 2 Pac is alive I don't think he would make it public. If so also why can't use all accept the fact that he has left his old life behind and just want's a nomal life now. See if any of use know anythink 2Pac has/had a high emotional intelligents quoter meaning he was very self aware. And If I was in his shoes back in 1996 to I'd would of done the same. Society is becoming more and more *** up everyday. Learn to listion to the phases in his song and understand what he is saying with the emotions behind it. Good example is the song "Changes" This song is buried With information of his out look on life.

I believe whoever originally posted this bulletin about actually seeing Tupac....because I myself have seen him... I really cant explain it but I DID! I know there has been numerous reports of people spotting him, but no PROOF... Hell and I know why.... Think about it, if u were to actually see him in person, would u really have the time to pull out a camera(if u had one) and take a picture of him??? No, u would be to busy staring at him feeling excited, shocked, confused, and scared all at the same time...Cause thats how I felt. I've always been a huge fan of 2pac every since I've heard songs like 'California Love' and 'How Do You Want It' hell I was only about 5 or 6 when those came out... But thats just me... But here is my experience that I will never forget:

It was November 25th, 2006. On a saturday, I was on my second date with my current girlfriend who I had just on hooked up with on the 17th of November, this year. We were chillin with some of her friends on a bench outside of the Pacific View Mall(Ventura, California), by the way I live in Oxnard, CA, which is not very far from the city of Ventura. I'm telling u my location so u can look it up and know im not lying!! Right outside of the MAIN FRONT entrance of the mall lies 3 benches forming a square, surrounding one of those 'water shooting out of the ground' platforms for children... There was these 3 white girls sitting on the bench to the right of us, they looked about our age(15-17), anyway, we were waiting for a ride from my gf's dad, but he was taking forever, so we just made the best out of nothing just sittin there, kissing and stuff ya know... Wink [;)] My gf saw a friend that she knew who was walking w/ her bf, so they talked for awhile until she left with her bf inside the mall. After I watched that girl walk into the mall with her bf, I started to take notice of the cars pulling into the parking lot, which are basically surrounding the benches we were chilling at. It took about 4 or 5 cars until I caught the attention of the face of a man sitting in the passenger of a dark olive green car, for some strange reason I didn't look at the plates, type, or even the driver of the damn car. But what I did notice was that Tupac Shakur was chillin in the passenger smiling as he chatted to the driver!!!! Who was also black, but I never looked directly at him. The driver side of the vehicle was facing me. At  that moment my heart skipped a beat, I was so scared, yet so excited at the same time, I couldn't speak for some reason, as a matter of fact I didnt even try speaking, I was so shocked, im suprised I didn't *** or *** myself. As it pulled up at about 20 feet away from  I kept my eyes on him and watched him as he rolled down his window and threw his hand in the air and waved to those girls on the bench, to the right of me and my gf and her friends... The driver also rolled his window down and waved, but again I never payed any attention to the driver, for my eyes were on 2PAC the entire time until the car was out of sight, it eventually drove around the mall, and I never saw it again. The funniest thing about this whole thing is that I didnt even bother to look at the damn girls when he waved at them, I managed to look at them after the car dissappeared, and they all had big smiles on their face. I tell myself now, why the *** didnt I ask those girls: "Do u know who that was??" I say its because of the mixed feelings I had at the time of seeing him(excited, confused, shocked, etc.) Or why didnt I jump out of my bench and run out to the damn car...?? The only thing I did was tell my gf and her friends what I saw, and they laughted and sarcastically said they saw biggie putting bags into the trunk of a car in the area...........

I immediatley knew that from then on, nobody in the world would believe me, because I have no proof of it.... The only person who believed me was my mother who supposedbly saw him to about a year ago chillin in an SUV on a local street in Oxnard, CA. When she had first told me, I laughed in her face, and made her feel dumb, but not anymore, I believed her from that day on. She said she saw him in an SUV with tinted windows, but managed to catch the side of his face because the window was a but cracked, and thats funny because the car I seen him in also had tinted windows, and I know ur thinking how the hell did I see his face then, its when he and the driver rolled down their windows to wave at the girls.. I first spotted him through the windshield, which wasn't tinted, then when the car advanced closer to me when the windows came down, thats when I saw a CLEAR CLIMPSE of his face for just about a second, he still looks the same, with his goatee...

Now who knows, I really dont care whether any of u believe me or not, but Im just letting u all know this because I wanted to let u know what happened. It could have been one of his 'look alikes' for all I know..... Because he supposedbly had some, and even some rappers who sounded just like him, for example "Tha Realest". HELL I PROBABLY JUS T SAW THE REALEST. But I doubt it, because this man looked identical to the man we all know as Tupac Amaru Shakur...

Just remember we live in a fake world nothing is what it seems to be. Hear is a question for all of use. Do you belive what the media put in front of you. Or do you scratch the surface and belive what your head tells you to belive from the hidden fact's that the media leave out. Just remember the truth is out there for the ones who look for it. However there are consequences involved for some aspects of the truth.

I don't know what to think after this information...I believe that he's alive but I don't think that he would wave like that in CA...

Tupac Shakur's life supposedly ended in September of 1996, a gangster who died a gangster's death, the victim of a drive-by shooting.

But in the years since, fans and friends of the rapper/actor have kept rumors alive that the star might not have died at the hands of an anonymous gunman that warm September night. It's here, at the supposed end of Shakur's life, where our journey begins.

Shakur, in 1995

The first album after Tupac's "death" was released in November of 1996: Makaveli: Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory. The title aroused some curious glances from those who knew Shakur. The first part of the title refers to Niccol Machiavelli, an old-school Italian philosopher who believed the faking one's own death was a sure way to foil his enemies. Machiavelli's two most famous books, Discorsi dopra la prima deca di Tito Livio (Life With Tito) and Il Principe (Ill Communication) were both written well after his death. Some wonder if Tupac's reference wasn't a signal to the world that things were not as they seemed

This is perhaps mere paranoia, as this album was obviously recorded while Tupac was "still" alive. But then, one year later, R U Still Down? is released in stores (November of '97). This was a full 14 months after the performer's death, and Tupac appeared in three videos in support of the album. When questioned about this, Tupac's manager Robert Bloomenstein said, "Tupac was a forward-thinking man. His performances in those videos were shot more than two months before his unfortunate 'death,' and in no way should indicate that Tupac is still alive."

Mr. Bloomenstein's words weren't enough to keep the rumors from spreading, however, especially after November of 1998. That's when Tupac released 2pac's Greatest, a greatest hits compilation that included six new tracks. Record company executives claimed that these tracks were also recorded years before; yet this is contradicted by the timeliness of the lyrics. Tupac makes references to the film Armageddon in one track and in another he congratulates the Denver Broncos on winning the Super Bowl - both events taking place well after Shakur was supposedly in the grave. Again, rumors of a massive hoax emerged. Bloomenstein again dismissed the talk as nothing more than rumor mongering.

"This is nothing more than rumor mongering," said Bloomberg. "Tupac was a hard-working, busy musician and the continued release of new material should in no way indicate that Tupac is actually alive and living in South America under the assumed name of Jamal Millwood."

From July 1998. Is that him?

The next few years turned out to be the most prolithic of Tupac's recording career. Still I Rise (with Outlawz) hit the scene in December of 1999. The "Lost" Tapes: Circa 1989 appeared in April of 2000 and The Rose that Grew from Concrete came in November of that same year. Tupac recorded tracks for Suge Knight Represents: Chronic 2000, a compilation of all of the artists Suge Knight claimed to have killed. He also performed live for an album called Funkmaster Flex & Big Kap: The Tunnel. New Tupac tracks then turned up on Cellblock Compilation: Face Off II and Too Gangsta for Radio, before an album of all-new Tupac tracks, Until the End of Time, appeared in 2001.

"I simply wish the public could let Mr. Shakur rest in peace," said Bloomenstein. "Mr. Shakur has actively denied all accusations about still being alive, and he will continue to do so until the day of his, uh... nevermind."

When the album Better Dayz appeared in November of 2002, many music critics noted that Tupac had released more albums since his death (seven) than many of the nation's top living artists.

When that fact is coupled with the references to the World Trade Center attack in one track of Better Dayz plus the curious title of the B-side single Empty Coffin, rumors again were rampant. Is it merely the product of a rabid fan base that cannot let go of their beloved hero?

Photo taken last summer

One player in this drama who is not speaking out is Tupac himself. Rumors insist that Tupac will be headlining shows in Chicago, Milwaukee and Indianapolis in the next few weeks. Shakur can also be seen starring in the new thriller Streets on Fire with Keanu Reeves this summer and will allegedly host Saturday Night Live in October of this year.

Add that to the CNN story in Spring of 2005 which clearly stated Tupac was alive...

...and the fact that Tupac's name is misspelled on his tombstone...

...and the case becomes more than a curiosity.

Will we ever know the answer? I doubt it. In six weeks Tupac Shakur is releasing his eighth posthumous album, titled Death Faker. Some fans say the title contains a hidden message which could be taken to mean that Tupac didn't really die on that September night nine years ago. Some also claim that certain tracks, such as Still Breathin' and I'm not dead, *** contain hints about the star's supposed passing.

What can it mean?

But even if Tupac's life is over, our search for the truth cannot be. And there are millions of fans who will not stop until they have it.

AND TATS IT
