Please edit it:

From this year on, a massive exercise simulating real combating scenarios has been put on stage by the Airport (Public) Security with the focus on ''3 Antis"and "1 Response", namely "antihijacking, anti-bombing, anti-sabotage" and "Emergency Response". The all-around competence in safeguarding the aviation security and combating capacities of all the security officers have been greatly enhanced in this all-mobilised campaign featured with combating skills and strategies.

Jobb, the verb tenses don't quite make sense in terms of the time frame mentioned and the nature of a security exercise. I have set it as a future event, but I am certainly not sure that is what you intend. I need more information on the dates involved. Is this to be an annual exercise?

"This year, a massive exercise simulating real combat scenarios will be staged by Airport (Public) Security, focussing on 'Three Antis' (anti-hijacking, anti-bombing, anti-sabotage) and 'One Response' (emergency response). This fully mobilised campaign features combat skills and strategies. All-around competence in maintaining aviation security and the combat capacities of security officers will be greatly enhanced."

MM, it refers to:
In 2004, massive exercises have been staged...

so I rewrote you rewriting as below, okay?

Yes, that's fine, Jobb. (I will avoid going into the point that 2004 is now last year.)
