Before applying for any position in China which is posted on a forum, you might want to review this person's site which has a section dedicated to EFL/ESL scams in China. http://www.bearcanada.com/eslmain.html I ran across it on another forum and found it very enlightening. It could very well save you some grief.

Teaching English in a foreign country can be a wonderful opportunity but the process of getting that job can and often is full of potential danger.

Research, research, research and never, ever send any orginal documents or money to anyone advertising work! I'd be awfully wary of sending copies of docs as well.
