  1. What is important to remember when teaching adult learners?

I believe this to be, when teaching adult learners it is important to understand there cultural background.

Hi Craig

craigr34
I believe this to be, When teaching adult learners, it is important to understand their cultural background.”
I've suggested some changes in the quote above.

It seems to me the question asks you to look at the differences between young and adult learners rather than to look at "cultural differences" among adults.  If I were answering that question, I might mention, for example, that it is important to treat and respect them as adults (and of course as individuals). Adults have a vast amount of knowledge and experience that children do not (yet) have, and that should be taken into consideration when teaching adults.

I don't think this question can be answered with only one or two sentences.
