Could you please help me with this please?

1 I've never seen a computer make so much noise before.

2 I can't make out the indistinct chattering.

3 These curtains are so thin they let light through/in.

4 I just made hundred dollars on/off a 1000 dollar transaction. (how would you say it?)
5 I've got 200 dollars on my poker account but I won't give you euro-dollar rate, I'll give you 1 to 1 meaning I'll give you 200 dollars for 200 euros. (how do you say the bold?)

I like to listen to music while I'm taking/while I take a shower.

thank you

1 I've never seen a computer make so much noise before.

People talk like this informally, but usually writing requires more accuracy.

2 I can't make out the indistinct chattering.

Actually this is redundant. If it is indistinct then of course you can't make it out.

I can't make out what they are saying is better.

I'll give you even up, dollars for euros, or one to one, dollars for euross.
