6:05, 6:35, 7:05, 7:35..., bus schedule

If the bus schedule is as titled, how should I tell it to someone who has no idea about when the bus will come at the bus station? Thanks.

i can say: The bus come at six and five minutes, and then every half an hour.

six thirty-five means 6:35

five past six = 6:05, forty-three past nine = 9:43 = seventeen minutes to ten

they are just different expressions for the same meaning.
