Is it correct to say 'a falls' to mean a waterfall?

Thanks,

Note: Waterfall is countable; Is falls countable? Do you say a falls, one falls, two falls...etc?

Yes, here's what The Hyperdictionary says:

Definition:   No [N]  a steep descent of the water of a river

I'm glad to help, but I'm not a native! And please excuse my typos...
