A few corrections

Can I say,

(i) Yesterday afternoon. Susan decided to go to the market. After she had prepared, she was walking alone to town. It was very quiet. Suddenly, a man who was riding a motorcycle suddenly appeared. The man snatched her handbag. She quickly pulled her handbag but could not. Fortunately, she was / had not badly hurt.

(ii) Suddenly a motorcycle passed by. The motorcyclist snatched Susan's handbag and sped off. She was shocked and tried to take back her handbag, but failed. She shouted for help. The men saw this situation and came out of the shop and ran faster but it was too late. At the end, the motorcyclist sped off and she could not have her handbag back.

(ii) When Susan was walking happily, a man that was on the motorcycle towards her. Suddenly, the motorcyclist snatched her beautiful handbag and ran away. Without hesitation, she shouted out loudly for help. Some men ran as fast as they could from the shop when they heard the noise. Although they ran as fast as lightning, it was too late for them. At the end, the motorcyclist had run away.

Some men came running as fast as they could from a shop when they heard the commotion. Although they ran as fast as lightning, they were too late. The motorcyclist had sped away.
