Hi guys.

1. Do you like blue color? (Should I put the "the" before "blue"?)

2. Do you like going to the/by seaside? (Should it be "to the" or "by"?)

3. Do you like lying on the beach? (I think "lying is OK? It could also be "sunbathing"?)

4. Do you prefer dogs or cats? (Maybe it should be "dogs to cats"?)

5. Are/Is your family big or small? ("Are" or "Is"?)

6. Do you prefer summers or winters? (Can I use the plural form "summers", "winters"?)

thanks

1. Do you like (the color) blue?

2. Do you like going to the seaside?

3. Do you like lying / sunbathing on the beach?

4. Do you prefer dogs or cats?

5. Is your family big or small?

6. Do you prefer summer(s) or winter(s)?

Hi

So when do I say "by the seaside"?

We had a lovely little cottage by the seaside.
