 Hello,
what does it mean, if someone or something (a job) is a good / bad 'un? And what does the " 'un " stand for, if it stands for anything. Thanks.

'-un' is a pronunciation variation of 'one', which refers to the job.  Considered non-standard in the US, limited to regional and cultural differences.
