Hi,

I wonder if this is all right or if there are other ways to put it:

Hi all,

A kind reminder to those who are creating customer records in the system: pls be sure to check that the customer does not already exist in the system before creating a customer id. This is important because duplicate ids will contribute duplicate count in the reports.

Wondering if there are other ways of reminding a group of people in an organization other than using "a kind reminder"?
