Hi,

My assumption is that anytime a type or brand of something is used, a countable form is used. Then, I saw this.

Fuzzy logic is a type of computer logic that is supposed to imitate ...

My assumption would be that this could or should be written like this.

A fuzzy logic is a type of computer logic that is supposed to imitate ...

Can I write like this based on what is given at the beginning?

A type of computer logic is a fuzzy logic that is supposed to imitate...

A fuzzy logic is a type of computer logic that is supposed to imitate ... (see above)

A type of computer logic is a fuzzy logic that is supposed to imitate... No. However, we can say, 'A type of computer logic called Fuzzy logic is created / invented to ...'
