"You have a way with numbers."
Does that mean that someone can count well?
Or :
"I have a way with singing.' Is it possible to say so. And if it is, does it mean that I'm good at singing?

1-- Yes, but more than 'count' well; it means that you have a facility with mathematics.
2-- Grammatically possible but unnatural in that form; more likely would be 'you have a way with music/songs' or 'you have the gift of song', perhaps.  It would mean a good songster/songstress.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

The phrase is most commonly used in: "He/she has a way with words".
