If someone has grown up. and he still rely on his parents.  That is, he can not economically stand on his own. Is there a noun word available to call him?

None that jumps to mind.  In Chinese culture, one's supposed to support one's parents financially when they get old.  In American culture, kids move out early in life but they still get cash or expensive presents from their parents on their birthdays or during X'mas.

There is an idiom: be tied to your mother's apron strings.  But that's not about financial dependence.  Parasite?  That's not quite right either.  Perhaps someone else can come up with a better word.  Sorry!

I think it's rather appropriate for our Writing World forum (though in Chinese).

parasite/blood sucker/leech

But none is specific to being dependent on your parents after you've grown up.

Anyone else?

To err is human, to forgive divine. 잘못을 저지르는 것은 인간이지만 용서할수있는 것은 하늘과 같은것.

Danyo has a lot of words about this matter. I'll add an only word  based on our culture ;pious .It means filial piety. We are influenced from Chinese, from Confucius: The only one child is the boy, the eldest; Ten girls are nothing. There are some families with many generations. The mother is an angel. She takes care the first and the second generation..... If she can.   She used to be in diet so she didn'nt have any diseases. The boy in oriental culture is never parasite so he can't economically stand on his own. He always has a right , may be so called authority. In reality, boys are always so smarter to make thei r families to live better.Rich or poor depends on his talent. In modern famlies, girls are equal to boys If children cannot economically stand on their own , parents will support them. It's normal.   it's responsibility.
