Are these abbreviations of the months common?

I wonder if I can use two-character abbreviation of the months?

For example, January Ja, February Fe

If it is possible, what are the rest of two-character abbreviations of the months?

Are these abbreviations of the months common? Yes - common and normally used.

I wonder if I can use two-character abbreviation of the months?

For example, January Ja, February Fe Unwise, as they could be abbreviations for metallic substances or some other substance. Check out abbreviation dictionaries for 2-letter abbreviations.

If it is possible, what are the rest of two-character abbreviations of the months?

There may be variances among cultures, but in the States we always use the (.) after the abbreviations.

Hi,

I'd say that the most common abbreviations are Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun. Strictly speaking, follow each one with a periood, although sometimes we don't.

You'll also see three-letter abbreviations, which once again tend to be favoured particularly by computer people. Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
