what is the children's guilt????

That's because your source of information is wrong. You clearly do not know what "Crime against humanity" means, and therefore you should not use it before you know what it does mean. The Armenian genocide from 1915 to 1917 by the Turkish, is a clear example of genocide and crime against humanity and it still remains in Turkey's not so distant history.

if her source of information is wrong perhaps u'd like to tell us what is the right information? and if this is not a crime against humanity so what do u consider it, can tell us what is it supposed to be?

Well, I'm surprised you don't know, but to mention a few:

BBC, CNN, Fox News etc.

It was proven that the civilian casualities were grossly exaggerated, furthermore, a Reuters' photograph also used photoshop to embroider the destruction. It's called fighting terrorism, and how would you kill a cowardly foe, hiding amongst civilians?

What would you have done were you in Israel's shoes? You seem to be an excellent orator and military strategist judging by your English (sarcasm), what do you suggest they do?

cuz BCC CNN Fox news did say so that makes it a truth? it's just a media their reporters weren't even there! that massacare happened in my country i know well what happened no need for media to tell me the truth, the truth that they've been always hiding (i know well how much they hide what's happening in palestine probably cuz it's all watched by the israelis as the international relations became very inmportant for them) i live in palestine and i see what is exaggerated or not, it wasn't exaggerated it was a real massacare

if this was the real reason for israel to do so why they didn't they kill the real terrorists not the children not to  mention (if u remember) that those terrorists killed soldiers ONLY besides since when was israel's aim to fight terrorism, before terror attacks had occured in israel israelis were killing palestinians by thousands they did oppress us kill us expel us not to mention sabra and shatilla massacare more than 17000 were killed, 1948 war and 1967 war while many were killed and this all happened before any kind of terror attack! their aim is an ethnic cleansing of palestinians (and Gazza has the larger population of palestinians) which they always wished for whether they were israeli civilians or politicians, "fighting againt terror" was a great excuse to do it very easily besides does it make any sense for you that 518 civilians should be killed for what? 10 israeli soldiers!? as i see you are mixing between the cause and effect

well in fact i'm not trying to be sarcastric but u said that the armenians' genocide is a crime agaisnt humanity (it is indeed) while this one is not, excuse me but saying that killing 518 civilian is  not a massacare and justifying it is another example of crime against humanity

Would it be too difficult that arabs and jews could live together in that territory?

i mean: look France. Look the national football team, is chuck full with  people of color. Other countries in Europe (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium,...) comprise also a population who is of very varied ethnicity. Why can't this example be copied in the Middle East...? I daresay that people who vote for terrorist parties like Hezbollah, or people who buttress the actual government of Israel are the great culprits of this conflict. It's just terrible to live over a land sprinkled with blood from innocent people. Instead, jews and arabs should shake hands and live together in peace

(it's  too late)

u are comparing a very different situations  that has no conection or any similarity what has this to do with that
the problem remains not refusing jews but the israel has occupied palestine expelled their people it has completely cleaned the land of palestinians (4 million palestinas live in palestine now and 6 millions are out of it!) and israel is still doing so attacked lebanon twice in 1982 and 1991 with  mass massacares where the hell is all of that has gone?

lol, it didn't occupy it  u even ignore this? so what do u call explling ppl the massacares israel has done and taking the lands of ppl ? and for god's sake what is eretz of israel they've returned what about the peope who are living in plaestine and was kicked out if so they've also have teh right to return don't they, but israel don't even believe in this right? so neither both have the right to return or no one

it's israel who wants the land from the river to the sea they are not even ready to teach their kids that a part of the land is palestine at least we do teach ours, even in their books in their maps everywhere else israel is from river to the sea (with a part of Syria, jolan) and israel is still building settlment in palestine, taking our houses or destroy them to get us out of the holy land?besides the majority (the palestinianss) live in 20% of the holy land while the rest is left for the israelis, we are 5 millions (with the israeli arabs) while israelis are nearly 3 millions

btw Ilan Pappe has showed what israel did and  will continue doing  until no palestinian will be in the holy land he exactly said:

"On March 10, 1948, in Tel Aviv, eleven men had a meeting in the Red House headed by Ben Gurion. The eleven decided to expel one million Palestinians from historical Palestine. No minutes were taken, but many memoirs were written about that fateful meeting. A systematic ethnic cleansing of Palestine began and within seven months the Zionists managed to expel one half of all the Palestinian people from their villages and towns."-Dr. Ilan Pappe.

and Ilan is supposed to be one of the most trusted and principled historian in israel
