Prenuptial contracts are not like life insurance. You are going to die,
sooner or later, everybody knows, you can't live forever. But am I
going to divorce, sooner or later? Can't I be married forever?
Marriages can end, it happens, ok. But if you make a prenuptial contract, it doesn't just mean you believe that marriages can end, but that
your marriage can end. And if you believe
your marriage can end, why the hell do you want to marry anyway? When two people marry, they form a family, they raise some children, they live together. If you don't want to do that, if you think you are going to divorce, you should just live together with your partner and not marry.
