Can I say,

(A) After they back to school, they quickly planted the plant in a big pot. Then, they watered the wild plants every day.

(b) They watered and took care of it every day.

(c) They saw the plant was big and healthy.

They saw the plant was big and many flowers.

They saw the plant was big and had many flowers.

(d) The plant grew many flowers.

      The flowers grew very well.

      The flowers bloomed very well.

(A) After they got/came/went back to school, they quickly planted the plant in a big pot. Then, They watered the wild plants every day.  IMO, 'every day' makes 'then' redundant.

(b) They watered and took care of it every day. OK

(c) They saw the plant was big and healthy. OK

They saw the plant was big and ... many flowers. Needs had/grew or similar here.

They saw the plant was big and had many flowers. OK - better would be "They saw the plant grow big and produce many flowers"

(d) The plant grew many flowers. OK

The flowers grew very well. OK

The flowers bloomed very well.  OK, but I'd tend to leave out the 'very' here.

Then, they watered the wild plants everyday. Should be every day (i.e. each day) rather than everyday (i.e. usual or ordinary)

(b) They watered and took care of it every day.  They watered the plant and took care of it everyday. (as above)

(c) They saw the plant was big and healthy. ok.

They saw the plant was big and many flowers. They saw the plant was big and had many flowers. ('saw' is past tense)

They saw the plant was big and had many flowers. They saw the plant was big and has many flowers. (as above)

(d) The plant grew many flowers.  The plant has grown many flowers. Grammatically ok, but tense is out of line with others in this passage.

The flowers grew very well. The flowers are growing very well. (as above)

The flowers bloomed very well. The flowers have bloomed very well. (as above)
