I have to write a letter to the customes who visited to our show booth and I hope it will be the formal letter, so could you please advise me and correct the following content to be better? thank you a lot!!

Dear Sir,
First of all, we would like to thank you for your visit to our show booth at xxx at xxxx in New York. It was really a great pleasure to meet you there.

We would like to thank you for your interest in our machine, we hope our excellent machine will be able to serve your need someday in future.

Once again, thank you for your kind attention.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best for you.

Hi,

I think this is basically ok but you should go into a bit more detail on your product rather than just saying 'machine'. I do not know what event you were at but the delegates may have visited umpteen booths, and you need to remind them exactly who you are and what you do.
Include a paragraph summarising your machine's uses and capabilities and why they should buy that rather than the alternatives.

Three thank you's are too many, get rid of the second sentence and replace it with the suggested sales paragraph.
