It's impossible for the farmer to have an abundant harvest this year.

HI,

Is "an abundant harvest" in the above interchangeable with "a rich/great/affluent harvest?" Thanks.

Why don't you do yourself some searches at:

http://books.google.com

for:

"rich harvest"

"have a rich harvest"

etc

and compare the frequences.  That's part of your job. You may discover some important things.

Then, if you have questions after that, pls post.
