hi,

i'm a trainer. i need to find materials to train people on british accent. we find plenty on american accent however i found it hard to find any on british accent. i would appreciate any suggestions in this respect.

pratiba iam santhosh why dont you try getting info from any of the britiish embassy near your place or find a friend who is working in any uk based call centre and ask emm to give his /her
accent notes for british english .. will probably work out but there is no much differrence with indian engllish and british other than changes in the following letters pronounciation.
