Hi,

I googled it and found this.

accident surgery - the branch of medicine that deals with the surgical repair of injuries and wounds arising from accidents

On the other hand, if I'm having heart surgery and the doctor lets me fall off the operating table, I might call that accident surgery, too! (ha-ha)
