Grace used to work in the marketing division, but she recently moved to Accounts.
Hi,
Does "Accounts" in the above refer to "accounting division" or "customers' division?" Thanks.

Hi,
It's hard to say exactly, without knowing the details of how the particular company is organized.
However, a term like 'accouning division/ department/ section' is more common thatn 'customer division/ department/ section'.
