Lindsay must have aced her job interview because the company offered her a job immediately!

Hi,

Is it correct to view "aced" in the above as "got good grades on?" Thanks.

No.  A job interview is not a situation where one receives grades.  Here aced simply means did exceptionally well in.

Shouldn't it be "the job"?

Normally, but not always, when a company interviews people it is for a particular position/job.

Hence, after the interview, friends ask - "Did you get the job" not "Did you get a job?"

The company offered her a/the job.  IMO both work here

Lindsay must have aced her job interview because the company offered her a job immediately! [one/some job, doesn't not matter which, perhaps the one she interviewed for, perhaps another

Lindsay must have aced her job interview because the company offered her the job immediately! [a particular job, the one for which she interviewed

Both OK.
