Please change these sentence into passive

 It is now time to call over the names

It is time to stop the work

You have no transitive verbs in the main clause, so you can't change those sentences to passive.

The only transitive verbs you have are infinitives, so those are the only structures that you can change to passive.

It is time to stop the work becomes It is time for the work to be stopped.

If you want to try another, try to make the infinitive passive in this one:

It was important to close all the windows.
