![]() ADJECTIVE CLAUSE GAMES PLEASE?6 replies Sure. Write a short short story with plenty of nouns followed by blank spaces. Don't show the students. Have them compose as many adjective clauses (that is sitting on the floor, that has no lid, etc) as there are blanks in the story. Then give them the story and have them find the 'best' clause to modify each noun. It should be fun (or, it could bomb-- a danger with any classroom game).
