This is a business letter. Need asap! Thanks! Hi, I might simply write Dear Ms. Smith, Ms. Jones and Ms. Green, But I'd consider writing to just one of them, with a copy to each of the other two. Writing to 3 people as in my first example can be confusing for the recipients. eg Who is supposed to take any action you request? Who is supposed to reply to you?
