Hello Red Rose,
So nice to have you on the board again.
"Advanced English" usually means 'high level English' compared with introductory or intermediate level of English
But I doubt there is a separate, understandable term as “progressive English”.
You may get the implication from it either as a gradual learning method, or as an innovative method opposed to the traditional way of learning. The former seems to carry more weight as the probable meaning though.
I'd say the first one is more appropriately worded.
Hope it helps. See you around, Red Rose!
