After having a full stomach//After being full//After having a big meal, he would like to take a rest for a while.

Hi,

Do all of the three bolded parts fit in the above and mean about the same to you? Thanks.

Only "After having a big meal" is usable in your sentence.

The other two could be used without "After" - Having a full stomach/Being full.
