Is the following text correct?

After 9/11 many illegal Asians in USA did some kind of fraud by using credit cards. They defrauded credit card companies of billion dollars, and then fled USA. How did they do it? How could one defraud someone by using credit card? Did they loan money from credit card companies and then fled without returning money back?

The crime is "commit fraud"

You "borrow money from" and "lend money to"

"Return something" - give back something -- "back " is redundant. However, in this context, it would be "fled without paying the money back".

IT may be grammatically correct with Feebs's amendments but I doubt it is correct (true) as a statement.

The name says it all.

"Defraud" is okay to use. Is it an Americanism?

Use "the USA" not just "USA"

And I completely agree with Nona's comment about the likely truth of this.

Hi,

What I said is true. That was the text from my posting in the Topic of the Moment.

Hi Nona,

I have posted that topic again with some changes. I hope you won't find any problem with it now. I thank you for deleting my earlier post. That was in fact a little unintentional racial slur to some extent.

Is the following sentence correct?

New topic is ok Smile [:)].

That was in fact a little unintentional racial slur. This is ok. (to some extent, not necessary here. Also 'to some extent' means that it is partly true. So it would be saying that it was partly an unintentional slur, but partly a deliberate slur).

Nona, thank you for your help. Wishing you good health and many years of happiness. Suggestions are still welcome.

Best wishes, Jackson
