Okay, thanks Ant, I have it.
It seems like the operational term here is "truly," meaning that "enhancement" is only enhancement and you're not really
changing anything. (It's a philosophical argument.) The poster goes on to explain that if you're smart enough and rich enough you can do it. (Yes, we're referring to DVD's.)
His ultimate advice is that it's far better to make a quality file in the first place than to try to repair a bad one. Sounds like good advice.
