Dear Clive, and the other Colleagues,

Thank you for your readiness to help me.
The first thing when I am going to write a letter or an email to one of the professors or the colleagues, then I dont know which expression to use in it. I also dont know in most case the prepositions that should be used with certain verbs or words.
The second point is how to use can/could, may/might, will/would and such verbs.

These are some of the problems that I encounter
