Hi guys,

may I ask you again for help?  Context: Former employee is complaining to his ex-superior, who fired him one month ago..

You tell me how a man works, doesn't put a foot wrong...his whole life, and then at the end,
you hand him a check, and it's worth like one week's salary for every year worked.

Maybe I'm stupid..Sad...But I have a problem with the point of the underlined part. Did he say...

1) You tell me, how the man who worked really hard, who didn't make any mistake in his whole life..

2) You tell me, how a man who is worth to the company and didn't make any mistake in his whole life...

Please how it is correct?

many thanks in advance...

Your first guess pretty much correct.  Another way to say it would be "You tell me how a man can work and not put one foot wrong his whole life...".
