Lex: Aw, if push came to shove, I would have arm-wrestled them for it.

OK, what do the underlined parts mean? Just note that Clark is a farmer. And if by "produce" he means crop which crop is it - his or Lex's?

It sounds like Lex ordered/bought produce from Clark's family. He is delivering the order.

"If push comes to shove" is an idiom. Another one is "If it comes down to it." It simply means "if it becomes absolutley necessary."

It sounds like a light-hearted exchange.
