Sir,
We all were dancing.
We were all dancing.
Is there any difference in meaning of the two sentences?
Thanks.

No substantial difference. Adverbs have variable positions. Your second sentence is the standard position (after the first element of a verb phrase), but other positions are possible (depending on the specific adverb) for purposes of focus or emphasis.
