This is too long to check. You should have shorter postings, one on each subject.

Click on the buttons underneath your posting, you'll find threads on each of the tenses, with examples.

Hi,

I think you are stil asking for people to do too much work. In addition, some of these tenses/voices are very seldom used, so I wonder how much use this information will be to you in making your English better. That, of course, is a matter for you to decide.

Best wishes, Clive

The layout is good but The Passive voice is not used with the Future continuous,Present perfect continuous, Past perfect continuous and the Future perfect continuous!!

I have been teaching for 12 years at university.

I would wonder if this is universally the case. It seems to me that any attempt to make the past perfect continuous automatically creates an interrogative.

Have all the books been carried outside?

What about a Passive Past Perfect Continuous Interrogative, such as:
Where have all the books been carried?

What would be the function of "where" in the above?

Hi,
What about a Passive Past Perfect Continuous Interrogative, such as:
Where have all the books been carried? This is not continuous.

Let's review these tenses and voices. For simplicity, let's look at statements rather than questions.

Past perfect, active voice.                     Mary had carried the books.
Past perfect continuous, active voice.    Mary had been carrying the books.

Past perfect, passive voice.                  The books had been carried by Mary.
Past perfect continuous, passive voice. The books had been being carried by Mary.

Note also the earlier comments that some 'tenses + voices' are rarely used.

Best wishes, Clive
