"This dish is kind of spicy all right."

Does 'all right' mean 'without a doubt' or 'for sure'?

Thanks

Maybe I'm wrong but it sounds to me like

'This dish sure is spicy!' So maybe 'all right' here means for sure (no doubt that).

'All right' has many definitions. I wonder how you know which one is which?

'All right' can mean satisfactory.

e.g. 1. "Is everything all right, sir?".

e.g. 2. "How's school going?"  "All right, I guess"

Thanks
