In this Tatu's song there's the following text:

This is not enough,
enough (Echo 3x)
I'd ask: what is the meaning of "running through my head" if there isn't any "to be" verb before the gerund?

The verb (are) is implicit here..
All the things she said are running through my head.
It means that whatever she said is still in his mind, making him think about it. He just can't forget it!

"Are", the form of "to be", is implied, meaning that all the things she said are running through her head. It is essentially correct to used this form in a song or poem form, typically in fragments.
The water floating by,
The birds soaring overhead,
The children screaming,

All the things she said was one of the biggest hits of 2003
it's sang by t.A.T.u. ; two russian girls (lena and julia) the song talks about the love story between the two girls
whitch is a little bit shoking! so in the song they explain how lena have said to julia that she loves her that's why
julia cannot stop thinking about all that! in fact,the song reveals the shame of two *** girls that are scared and
ashamed of the feelings that they have for each other !
