That's interesting syntax. I think it's intended to convey the question, "Does anyone know the meaning of the English word 'almond-eyed'?"
""Almond-eyed" is English and means "with eyes shaped like almonds".."

A dictionary says an almond is "oval with pointed ends". Isn't that a fairly good description of most people's eyes?

almond
d. Applied attrib. to eyes shaped like an almond, esp. of certain Asian peoples. So almond-eyed adj.

Could the OP perhaps be thinking of the word 'amygdaloid' (almond-shaped) which he might have come across as used to describe almond-eyed features?

Yes, I saw essentially the same in the New Shorter Oxford English Dictionary , which also said an almond is "oval with pointed ends", and my question remains:
As an almond is oval with pointed ends, isn't "almond-eyed" a fairly good description of most people's eyes.

If we describe all or most people's as almond-shaped then the phrase "almond-eyed" becomes pointless. If the phrase is going to be used then it should presumably be reserved for those eyes that are more elongated and pointed than average.

An American football might, but does an ellipsoid have pointed ends? An eye is shaped like an ellipsoid, if I'm not mistaken.
