Sentence A:  Remember the pill is highly effective, but pregnancy can occur if the pill is taken at irregular times, if intercurrent illnesses such as fever and gastric upsets develop, or if you are taking some other drugs.

Sentence B:  Remember although the pill is highly effective, but pregnancy can occur if the pill is taken at irregular times, if intercurrent illnesses such as fever and gastric upsets develop, or if you are taking some other drugs.

Sentence C:  Remember although the pill is highly effective, pregnancy can occur if the pill is taken at irregular times, if intercurrent illnesses such as fever and gastric upsets develop, or if you are taking some other drugs.

My questions:

All of the three sentences acceptable? If yes, which one is the best.

Thanks in advance!

My try:

I wouldn't use "but".

Sentence C:  Remember that although the pill is highly effective, pregnancy can occur if the pill is taken at irregular times, if intercurrent illnesses such as fever and gastric upsets develop, or if you are taking some other drugs.

Sentence C is the most beautiful one. Stick out tongue [:P] I chose her as a wife.

You used a wife, not your wife; how many wives are you going to get?

I'm not worrying about your money; I'm worrying about the peace under your roof. It must be demanding for his management ability to be the master of your house.
