help to amend english grammar (letter for the management) thanks

Hi English Guru, please help me to amend my English grammar from the letter below. This letter will soon to be forwarded to higher management. Thanks !!

 

Frist of all I woule like to thank Pradeep for giving so much of his time and being so patient as to guide us step by step in order to deal with real life support issues, often till very late in the evening, for the last 2 weeks to complete his knowledge transfer scope from the below mentioned email. in order to pass on information about the processes mentioned below.

Honestly, I am quite surprised with the response given since Reena and I have sent out so many support related emails and didn't get noticed. I assume the team is still doubtful about our understanding of MI support knowledge. I have been questioned several times regarding the learning curve while I have  been busy with web development and bw web research.

As well as the KT session, I have written down the processes and diagramitized those processes via MS Visio and the BW Support Knowledge that  I've learnt; it has been transferred and documented comprehensively in the Microsoft Word document below:
