`desperate criminal' means :
a bold outlaw (especially on the american frontier)

Then,

What does (bold outlaw) and (american frontier) means?

Please explain it.

Hi,

What does (bold dating, brave

outlaw) someone who lives outside the law

and (american frontier) In the early history of the US, civilization slowly spread across America from east to west. The frontier was the 'line' where civilization ended and the wild area began. Today, there is really no US frontier as the whole country is civilized (although British visitors may not agree, joke, ha-ha, Big Smile [:D])

means?

Best wishes, Clive
