Mike, can you write the phonetic for 'Gannbatte'?

Let's see .... Gahm beteh ... the m is almost an n, the teh has a really short unvoiced e sound. Sometimes it is spelt as gambatte.
Any Nihonjin (Nihon=Japan, Jin=people) reading this may like to correct me.

A typesetter was setting type for an advertisment for an inn called The Horse And Cart.
His client was proofing the ad. and said;
There is too much spacing between Horse and And, and And and Cart.

Well, how on earth were we supposed to guess that?

Yes Kit, a little tough. However you were not asked to guess that particular sentence, you were asked to make one which included five consecutive ands. Smile [:)]

Stick out tongue [:P]

A man own's a Bike Shop called "The Wheel and Chain"

He orders a new sign.

However, when he looks at it the space between "Wheel" and "and" and "and" and "Chain" is to small.

Easy as riding a bike

I want you to repaint between the words Rose and and and and and Crown on the sign outside my pub.

On the sign you are making for "Coach and Horses" the gaps you have left between "Coach" and "and" and "and" and "Horses" are not the same!
