hi

i have one more question ...is it correct to say " it is no matter to me "...
actually i heard it in friends(T.V series) ..shouldnt it be"it doesnt matter to me "

plzz.. help me out with this too...

It is correct, but very old-fashioned/theatrical. In every day speech you would be much more likely to say "it doesn't matter to me".
