how to answer a business invitation?

Dear all,

Please help me to write a business letter to answer an invitation to attend a fair in abroad? The main answer is "thankyou for your invitation,but i cant attend it,because i also had a big fair in my country". I cant write it in a business language. I need it soon.

My heart was felt with so inexplicable joy and excitement as I recieved your invitation letter. To my most unfortunate stars,however, I should regretfully acknowledg that I may not be able to make it as there is another fair going on in my own home land at exactly the same time.

I hope I will be able to meet you soon enough to compensate it.
