Hi,

Could anybody tell me the antecedent(s) for "that" in the following phrase?

"the power to continue to hold any property and to operate at the risk of the trust estate any business that the trustee receives or acquires under the trust as long as the trustee deems advisable."

At first I thought that both of the "any property" and "any business" are the antecedents for "that," but I am not sure...

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.

I take it to relate to 'business'. That may or may not be the writer's intention.

Best wishes, Clive
