All I know is that we at Kodak manufacture what we call supply trays which are in fact cassettes of X-ray film sheets to be loaded in a laser imager... (to take a nice picture of your chest... or breasts... or teeth). But I doubt this would be what you're talking about.
Nice to have you back on englishforum.com by the way (even if anonymously Wink [;)]

Hi Waitti Smile [:)],

"Back", are you kidding? I'm almost ALWAYS on englishforum.com. I spend more time here then with my family.

Thank you for your help, although, as you have said, my context is entirely different. However, if you use it, it means it is not restricted exclusively to medicine and I can translate it whit a general expression. I think it is simply a tray with the equipment for whatever you are doing to a patient.

See you

Ooooooops... Now you're upset that I didn't take into much consideration all the time and energy you spend on gaining a perfect grasp on english Embarrassed [:$].
And yes, I believe a supply tray would be pretty much anything used to carry supplies or medicine or whatever is to be brought to the patient's bed.... or to the equipment used to operate on him/her.
Take care and happy reading.
